Advisory at the Intersection of Luxury Hospitality, Real Estate & Capital
LHA has spent decades at the center of luxury hospitality – developing, operating, repositioning, and transacting some of the most recognized hotels and resorts in the world. From Rosewood’s first properties and Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, to Cap Juluca on Anguilla and Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat in the south of France, that experience spans every stage of the ownership cycle.
Off-Market Opportunities
LHA represents a select number of mandates at any given time – connecting qualified capital to off-market hospitality opportunities across land sales, existing assets and equity raises in some of the world’s most compelling luxury markets.
